About This Product
These compact segmented tube furnaces are specifically designed to provide a temperature gradient along the length of the heating zone. A free radiant wire element embedded within the furnace body insulation is used as a heater. The advantage of this design is its flexibility. Tube adapters allow you to use tubes of different diameters in the same furnace.
The TG series is designed with flexibility in mind. The use of slide-in accessory working tubes and tube adapters allows a single furnace to accommodate different diameter tubes, and the working tube itself can be easily replaced to suit the physical or chemical requirements of the process.
The TG2 tube furnace includes a 25mm long unheated zone barrier between two 200mm heated zones, and the TG3 includes two 75mm long unheated zone barriers between three 150mm heated zones. Each heating zone has its own temperature controller and thermocouple.

The TG Temperature Gradient Tube Furnace is equipped with a Carbolite Gero EPC3016P1 programmable controller in each heating zone with RS485 communication and 24 segment settings.
