About This Product
The split tube furnace, model HTRV-A, can heat treat at temperatures up to 1,700°C when used vertically or horizontally. The reactor core is split and can be opened and closed, making it easy to install work tubes and reaction equipment. Thermal efficiency is good due to the use of lightweight multi-layer insulation with very high thermal insulation properties. Special specifications and a wide variety of accessories are available as options.

・Maximum normal temperature 1,500℃ (Maximum operating temperature 1,600℃) Max. normal temperature 1,600℃ (Maximum operating temperature 1,700℃)
・Programmable 8-segment temperature controller EPC3016P1
・Overheating prevention device
・Uses ceramic fiber insulation material with high insulation performance
■Options
- Work pipes made of various materials can be used depending on the application.
・Insulating plug and radiation shield (radiant heat shield) prevent heat loss and maintain high uniformity
・It is possible to select parts that can be used in a gas atmosphere or vacuum environment.
・Oxygen sensor for inert gas package
