About This Product
Carbolite Gero's new split tube furnace TS series incorporates high-quality heating elements and an innovative insulation design to deliver maximum performance and high versatility while reducing both housing temperature and power consumption. I'm doing it.
The TS furnace body is split into two parts and hinged at the rear. Gas dampers at the ends provide smooth opening and closing action. Since the furnace can be divided, when using a container such as a reactor, it is possible to equip the furnace with the end flange attached, which is difficult to insert into an undivided furnace, and to easily replace the working pipe.
The TS series is designed with flexibility in mind. The use of slide-in accessory work tubes and adapters allows a single furnace to accommodate different diameter tubes, and the work tube itself can be easily replaced to suit the physical or chemical requirements of the process. An optional work tube package allows users to use the TS for heat processing in vacuum or modified atmospheres.

Carbolite Gero tube furnaces boast various technical features that maximize the heating length of the furnace and ensure that as many work tubes as possible are heated to the set temperature. For this reason, it has various technical features, such as heating elements evenly distributed around the work tube and low thermal mass insulation.
In order to maximize the heating length, the 3-zone version increases the power at both ends of the furnace, ensuring optimal temperature uniformity over the entire working volume. Combining the furnace with a work tube package that includes insulation plugs and radiation shields prevents heat loss through the work tube ends. Carbolite furnaces are unrivaled when it comes to uniform heat distribution.
