About This Product
The HTRV high-temperature tube furnace is vertically designed and can operate at temperatures up to 1,800°C. High-grade insulation made of fiber plates provides low energy consumption and high heating rates due to its low thermal conductivity. The insulation and molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating element are installed in a rectangular housing.
The heating element is vertically suspended and can be easily replaced. MoSi2 forms an oxide film in the presence of oxygen at high temperatures, protecting the heating element from thermal and chemical corrosion.
With a wide range of accessories, the HTRV tube furnace series offers a complete system solution for ambitious heat treatments at high temperatures. The furnace is supplied without a stand so customers can integrate it into their own equipment. The optional "L" stand allows the furnace to stand on its own.

・Work pipes with an outer diameter of up to 100 mm can be used in modified atmospheres.

・Uses ceramic fiber insulation material with high insulation performance
・Rectangular housing shape ideal for convection cooling
・The furnace body and control box are connected with a 3m cable with a plug and socket connection.
■Options
- Work pipes made of various materials can be used depending on the application.
・To prevent heat loss and improve temperature distribution, we recommend using a termination plug and a radiant heat shield.
・It is possible to select parts that can be used in a gas atmosphere or vacuum environment. detail
・Vacuum heating can be performed by selecting the most suitable vacuum pump from dry pumps and turbomolecular pumps according to the degree of vacuum.
・Oxygen sensor for inert gas package
