About This Product
The RHF series is a chamber furnace that uses a silicon carbide heater, and you can choose from four types of furnace volume and three combinations of maximum operating temperatures of 1,400℃, 1,500℃, and 1,600℃ (12 models in total). It is characterized by its robust construction, high-performance heating element that enables rapid temperature rise (reaching 1,400℃ within 40 minutes), and long life.
■Standard specifications
- Normal temperature 1,300℃ (maximum temperature 1,400℃), normal temperature 1,400℃ (maximum temperature 1,500℃), normal temperature 1,500℃ (maximum temperature 1,600℃)
・The standard temperature controller is PID control type 301. It is possible to adjust the set temperature, heating rate, and maintenance time at the set temperature.
・Furnace volume: 3L, 8L, 15L, 35L
・Parallel action door prevents the hot inside of the door from facing the user
-Silicon carbide heating element can withstand high temperature operation, has a long life and can withstand the stress of intermittent operation.
-The material of the hearth is hard alumina for RHF3 and 8L models, and silicon carbide for RHF15 and 35L models.
・Low thermal conductivity insulation material that achieves high energy efficiency

Independent overheating prevention function (protects important samples from damage. Convenient for unattended operation)
