About This Product

The CWF series is a tabletop type general-purpose chamber furnace for research. It has a maximum temperature of 1,300℃ and is available in 5 sizes. In CWF-B, air flows in through the intake port provided in the door, and the chimney quickly exhausts exhaust gas, etc., facilitating sample cauterization. The CWF-BAL has a built-in gravimeter and is ideal for thermogravimetry (TGA) and loss on ignition testing (LOI) where weight changes during heating need to be monitored. These are required for the quantification of organic components in cement, lime, calcined bauxite, and refractories. AAF-BAL is recommended for incineration of samples containing organic matter as the main component.

■Standard specifications

- Normal temperature 1,000℃ (maximum temperature 1,100℃), normal temperature 1,100℃ (maximum temperature 1,200℃), normal temperature 1,200℃ (maximum temperature 1,300℃) ・Chamber volume 5L, 13L, 23L, 36L, 65L ・The standard temperature controller is PID control type 301. It is possible to adjust the set temperature, heating rate, and maintenance time at the set temperature. (CWF&CWF-B) ・The standard temperature controller is PID control type 3216CC. It is possible to adjust the set temperature, heating rate, and maintenance time at the set temperature. (CWF-BAL) ・Parallel action door prevents the hot inside of the door from facing the user ・5L, 13L, 21L, and 23L models are equipped with soft-close doors ・Delayed start function/process timer function is standard equipment ・Hard alumina protects the furnace inlet and heather. ・Efficient temperature rise and maintenance is possible by using high-performance insulation materials ・Optimal heat uniformity with natural radiation type wire-wound heater ・Even if the heater breaks down, the heater unit can be easily replaced. ・CWF-B: Air flow created by the taller chimney and door inlet promotes complete combustion. ・CWF-BAL: Built-in weight scale independent from electric furnace control ・CWF-BAL: Provides software to record weight data measured using a PC ・CWF-BAL: Maximum weighing capacity 3kg, resolution 0.01g ・Independent overheating prevention function (protects important samples from damage. Convenient for unattended operation)
