About This Product
Forced convection oven PN maintains better temperature uniformity than natural convection oven.
■Standard specifications
・Maximum operating temperature of 300℃ (PF30 to PF200) or 250℃ (PF400, PF800)
・Chamber capacity from 28 to 910 liters
・Equipped with R38 basic controller as standard (PF30 - PF200)
・The standard temperature controller is PID control type 301. It is possible to adjust the set temperature, heating rate, and maintenance time at the set temperature. (PF400&PF800)
・Quick temperature rise and good temperature uniformity by fan
・Stainless steel liner is resistant to damage caused by chemicals
・Latch-type lever door and sealable silicone seal
・Compliant with BS EN 61010-2-010:2003
■Options
・Independent overheating prevention function (protects important samples from damage. Convenient for unattended operation)
・Addition of independent thermocouple installation port
・Additional shelves
・Durable reinforced base and shelf
・Cable entry port
・Equipped with variable speed fan
・Optional support for process specifications aimed at extracting small amounts of volatile solvents is possible. (However, it cannot be used in conjunction with a peephole for internal observation)
・Peeping window (*Cannot be used in conjunction with ignition loss/thermal curing options)
・Interior lighting (*Cannot be used in conjunction with heat drying/thermal curing options)
・Exhaust fan
・Dehumidification unit (furnace sealing material/exhaust fan)
・Frame system that allows two or more units to be stacked and installed
・Door with key lock
・Specification that the heater and fan are not linked to the door switch
・Fixed or floor stand with casters
・As an option, a low voltage model for use below 220V is also available.
