About This Product
The rapid sample dryer TG200 is used in many fields such as quality control, sample preparation, and research and development. You can dry samples without damaging them, regardless of whether they are organic or inorganic, chemical products, or pharmaceuticals. It can be used in a wide variety of ways, from coarse to fine, from crystalline to fibrous and leafy materials. The powerful air blowing function dries the sample while mixing and agitating it. In addition to sample preparation, it can also dry test sieves.

■Function
The rapid sample dryer TG200 is a convection type dryer that is widely used in the industrial production field. The filtered outside air is heated by a heater and blown up into the chamber through the mesh on the bottom of the drying chamber. Since the sample is dried while being stirred in the chamber, the samples are dried evenly without sticking to each other.
The warm air is exhausted through a filter bag at the top of the chamber. When handling particles smaller than 100μm, we recommend attaching a mesh filter to the cover. Powerful air flow of up to 185㎥/hour and temperature from 40 to 150℃ can be adjusted steplessly using the front operation panel.
