About This Product

TM300 drum mill is a dry/wet grinder. It can be used as both a ball mill and a rod mill. For efficient grinding, it is important to use a sufficient number of balls or rods. Depending on the sample, it is possible to grind it to 20 microns or less. The drum mill consists of a gear motor, separation grid, and sample collection device mounted on a sturdy steel frame. The TM300 features a yoke and locking mechanism for easy access to the sample. Cleaning is convenient with a quick-release locking mechanism that allows you to easily remove the drum cover. The TM300 accommodates sample volumes up to 20l and is also suitable for upscaling processes.

■Safe and easy operation

The M300's strength lies in its ease of use. A simple tilting mechanism makes emptying the grinding jar quick and easy. A removable sample collector simplifies the sample collection process and provides convenient operator access to collected specimens. A strong soundproof hood provides a quieter and more comfortable working environment. The TM300 is equipped with an emergency switch that allows you to quickly and reliably stop the grinding process in the event of an unforeseen situation.

■Parameter settings

Process parameters such as grinding time and start/stop can be easily set on the TM300's large display. Settings include: ・Variable rotation speed from 1 to 80 rpm ・Crushing time up to 99:59:59 h:min:s ・Rotation direction (reduction of caking, etc.) Programmable interval and break options for temperature sensitive samples ・Delayed start function
