About This Product

■Emax is a completely new high energy ball mill. The intense friction and impact force crushes samples into fine particles at the fastest speed.

■Unique grinding jar shape

The high-energy ball mill Emax uses a grinding mechanism unlike any previous ball mill, integrating the advantages of different types of grinders. It combines the advantages of high-amplitude impact force (mixer mill), concentrated frictional force (vibrating disc mill), and controlled circular motion (planetary ball mill) to achieve the highest grinding capacity.

■There is no need to worry about heat generation. EMAX water cooling system

Both powerful crushing power and temperature control. This was a major challenge when developing the high-energy ball mill Emax. Recce has solved the problem of heat generation caused by continuous operation, which is a problem with conventional ball mills, with an innovative water cooling system. This allows Emax to operate continuously without interruption due to air cooling, and has succeeded in significantly reducing the time required for crushing. Emax's cooling system makes sense. The water circulating from the tank cools the grinding jar indirectly through the grinding jar bracket. Water cooling has a higher cooling effect than air cooling, so it dissipates heat more effectively. Depending on the usage conditions, in addition to using the built-in water cooling system alone, if you want to set the rotation speed higher or control the temperature more effectively, you can use it in conjunction with a chiller or tap water. It is possible to further enhance the cooling effect.
