About This Product
The BB50 is the smallest model in RETSCH's jaw crusher series and is specially designed for laboratory sample preparation. The compact body fits on any laboratory bench and allows safe and convenient handling. This jaw crusher can crush samples up to 40mm.
The grinding efficiency of this powerful tabletop unit allows you to obtain particle sizes up to 0.5mm. Zero-point adjustment of the gap width allows you to obtain reproducible results. With the push of a button, the BB50 can compensate for gap widening due to grinding jaw wear.
Lecce's jaw crusher series is available in 8 different sizes. The grinding capacity and final degree of grinding are determined by the type of grinder, the selected gap width, and the grinding characteristics of the specimen. Recce jaw crushers are characterized by their robust design, easy operation and cleaning. Small amounts of samples are processed in batches, and large amounts of samples are processed in continuous operation.

■Attention to detail
The BB50 is designed for efficient and convenient grinding. The rotation speed can be set between 550 and 950 rpm, allowing grinding to suit the sample. Additionally, the rotation direction can be reversed, which is useful when the crusher is blocked due to too many samples.
Just push a button and you're back to grinding again! The BB50 jaw crusher is virtually maintenance-free thanks to permanently lubricated bearings and a robust design.
