About This Product
Nippon Connect Kogyo's power transistor sockets are available in a variety of TO packages and are compatible with high current (large current), high withstand voltage, and high temperature environments. Types that use PEEK material are resistant to high temperatures and high pressures, and have low outgassing properties. You can choose with or without a flange, so if you have limited installation space, we recommend the flangeless type.

"PMS" in the PMS series is an abbreviation of "Power Modular Socket", which is a modular socket for high current packages (devices). The smallest module allows for flexible layouts by combining them according to the target PKG. Compatible devices include power IC devices such as TO-3P, TO-220, and TO-262, as well as power modules such as IPM.
