About This Product
Nippon Connect Kogyo's power transistor sockets are available in a variety of TO packages and are compatible with high current (large current), high withstand voltage, and high temperature environments. Types that use PEEK material are resistant to high temperatures and high pressures, and have low outgassing properties. You can choose with or without a flange, so if you have limited installation space, we recommend the flangeless type.
■About slit pin for board edge expansion
・High heat resistant type 250℃.
・Low outgas.
- Use by hand soldering to the board pad.
- Can be inserted and removed by mating with our socket.
・Lead diameter (standard φ0.9mm) can be changed by semi-custom order.
・Can flow high current.
