Chip removal using high-pressure coolant contributes to improved productivity through long-term continuous operation, extending the life of cutting tools, shortening machining time, and realizing high-precision machining.
■Common: MPC, HPC, HPCV
*Theoretical value of the pump used
Note: Do not use cutting fluids that corrode, deteriorate, or swell the material, or those that are toxic. Use a water-soluble cutting fluid with a concentration of 2% or more (dilution rate of 50 times or less). If the ambient temperature is below 0℃ (freezing), drain the cutting fluid.
Internal and external piping, interfaces, etc. are not included in the equipment.
