About This Product

A new common sense for effectively utilizing the dead space at the bottom of the material feeder

■Space saving/bottom floorHorizontal design unique to a material feeder manufacturer that can be installed in the space below the automatic bar feeder (bar top)

Contributing to increasing production utilization rate per factory floor area
Effective for removing chips, extending tool life, and high-precision machining.

■Common: MPC, HPC, HPCVNote: Do not use cutting fluids that corrode, deteriorate, or swell the material, or those that are toxic. Use a water-soluble cutting fluid with a concentration of 2% or more (dilution rate of 50 times or less). If the ambient temperature is below 0℃ (freezing), drain the cutting fluid.

Internal and external piping, interfaces, etc. are not included in the equipment.
