About This Product

The alumite of the oxalate is a special aluminum that has the following three. ･ Excellent surface roughness characteristics ･ Strong against cracks due to heat ･ High corrosion resistance performance with thin film <Excellent roughness characteristics> The alumite of the oxalate keeps the surface roughness that is almost the same as the material compared to the hard aluminum. In the case of ordinary aluminum, the surface of the processed surface by machine processing and cutting will also be worse by aluminum. However, in the case of an alumite of oxalate, the processing method itself is completely different, so the generated film structure is close to the surface roughness before the processing. In addition, the generated film is 3 to 5 μm, so it is ideal for products with low dimensions and highly accurate products. Ideal for the surface roughness of about 1/3 of the alumite = seal surface and polishing less. <High heat -resistant performance> The alumite of the oxalate has a thicker cell wall than the sulfuric acid method. Therefore, it is more resistant to heat cracks compared to ordinary aluminum.
