About This Product

This machine is a device that automatically inspects the appearance and contents of products using a CCD camera for packaging pack manufacturers, food manufacturers, and powder processing manufacturers. Data can be easily saved through random inspections for each lot. ■Inspection details

・Sheet dirt inspection: Images taken continuously at high speed are imported and inspected for the presence of dirt and foreign objects. ・Bottle cap inspection: Cameras are installed in 3 directions divided by 120 degrees to inspect flaws on cylindrical workpieces. ・Bag printing inspection: The manufacturing date printed on the bag is inspected. This is a machine with OCR character dictionary function. ・Container printing inspection: The date of birth printed on the plastic container is inspected. This is a machine with OCR character dictionary function. ・Plate inspection: The width of the sheet is inspected using a camera. ・Camera inspection device control panel: This is a standard type CCD camera inspection device control box with careful consideration of operability. ・Rotary tear inspection: This is a device that rotates the workpiece and inspects the presence or absence of minute tears in the oil seal. ・Best-before date printing inspection: Built into the packaging machine to inspect the best-before date printed. This is a machine with OCR character dictionary function. ・Container inner surface inspection: This is a device that is built into container manufacturing equipment to inspect for dirt.
