Additionally, when a sudden failure occurs, it takes time to respond to the emergency, which not only significantly delays production schedules, but also results in unexpected expenses that are outside the budget. Therefore, Suzuki Kiko has commercialized a "miracle sprocket" in which sprockets with various numbers of teeth that are always in stock are processed expressly for the customer's machinery, and then cut into half using Φ0.18mm wire. Ta. Suzuki Kiko's "wire cut sprocket" can dramatically reduce production line downtime due to sprocket replacement, not only in emergencies but also during regular maintenance.

■Production process

・Large amount of stock at all times: In order to quickly respond to customer orders, we always have tooth sizes 35, 40, 50, and 60, and teeth numbers 10 to 30 in stock at our factory, so we can quickly respond to your orders. You can start processing. - Hole drilling with NC lathe: Lathe processing with the requested hole dimensions. Since we process our products in-house, we can respond to a variety of requests. I am confident in my speed and accuracy. ・Key processing with slotter: Compatible with various standards such as old JIS and new JIS. We will process it according to your specified dimensions, including tolerances. ・Split collar processing using NC milling: We also perform split collar processing in-house. Use a milling cutter to accurately create a right angle. Fixing bolt size can also be specified. ・The wire cut wire diameter is an amazing 0.18mm: Finally, cut it in half with a wire cut. The wire diameter is an amazing Φ0.18, so just by pinching it, the core can be determined perfectly.
