About This Product

■Main features

- Suppress peak power at each power cycle (creates margin in power equipment) - Eliminates power flicker and suppresses short-term voltage fluctuations (reduces power supply noise in the factory) ・SSR enables power control, making the device more compact and reducing costs (controllability equivalent to that of a power regulator and ripple reduction)

■Suppressing peak power during multi-point temperature control

In multi-point temperature control, if the ON states overlap between CHs, the peak current will increase and cause power flicker. The control output distributor (IOPD) is connected between the control output of the controller and the actuator (SSR), and distributes and controls the output for each cycle of the power supply so that the ON state of all channels does not overlap. It is possible to suppress peak power during multi-point temperature control and reduce power flicker.

■Small size and high quality control

Low-cost, high-quality control: Since SSR can be used to control power, it is more compact than a power regulator and achieves multi-point temperature control with less power supply noise. *Other product numbers are available.
