About This Product

■What is a heater burnout alarm?

This is a device that monitors the current value flowing to the heater with a CT (current detector) and outputs an output through a contact when the heater is disconnected. We offer models whose controller output supports relay contact, SSR drive, phase control, zero cross control, etc. Panel mounting or DIN rail mounting is possible.

■HBA-T120 (for single-phase power regulator control)

Built-in MCU automatically sets load current. Used for phase control and zero cross control using a power regulator. *Compatible CT: MCTL-6-P-N (load current up to 30A), MCTL-12-S56-10L-N (load current up to 100A), relay contact/SSR drive control system also available

■HBA-T130 (for three-phase power regulator control system)

Built-in MCU automatically sets load current. Used for phase control and zero cross control using a three-phase power regulator. *Compatible CT: MCTL-6-P-N (load current up to 30A), MCTL-12-S56-10L-N (load current up to 100A), 2 CTs are used, relay contact/SSR drive control system is also possible *Other product numbers are available.
