About This Product

■Wireless transmission of temperature measurement data in high temperature atmosphere up to 100m ・Temperature profiles such as food temperature during the belt furnace food baking process can be measured wirelessly in real time. ・Receiver: NWS-COM can be connected to a PC, PLC, etc. via RS-422A/RS-485 (MODBUS). Dedicated software is available that can be connected to a computer to manage and monitor various setting data and determine temperature profiles. ■High heat resistance specification: “300℃ for 22 minutes” (food belt furnace application) ・It is possible to verify the heating temperature profile during food baking in a belt furnace wirelessly in real time to check whether the food baking temperature is appropriate. ・The temperature sensor is a SUS316 sheathed K thermocouple with a protective tube diameter of 1 mm. ・Heat resistance performance when using a heat-resistant case: 100℃ within 40 minutes, 200℃ within 27 minutes, 300℃ within 22 minutes *Please use within the range where the internal temperature does not exceed 50℃ (If the internal temperature exceeds 50℃, it will go into an alarm state) *Other K thermocouples can also be used. ■COM-KG can be used as a receiver. Convenient for on-site operation Wireless communication is also possible with the COM-KG USB communication converter with wireless function. No power connection is required, and operation using a PC is easily realized. *When using COM-KG as a wireless receiver, software NWS-MM cannot be used. *COM-KG with NWS-Multi wireless function can be switched from normal serial loader to USB communication converter. *Cannot be used simultaneously with serial loader communication conversion
