About This Product

■Temperature measurement at minute locations is possible

By using thermocouple wires with a small diameter (fluororesin coated type: 0.076mm ~ ceramic coated type: 0.1mm ~), it is possible to measure the surface temperature of small, lightweight items with low heat capacity and minute locations. is. *Please use commercially available ceramic/epoxy bond or heat-resistant tape to adhere the tip of the sensor to the temperature measuring part.

■Can be used as a K thermocouple

- Can be used by connecting to a meter with K thermocouple input specifications. ・Ceramic coat type can measure up to 500℃. (Up to 260℃ for fluororesin coated type)

■Sensors with lengths tailored to the application can be manufactured.

・ST-56: The distance from the temperature measurement part to the terminal part can be specified in increments of 200mm to 100mm. ・ST-55: Added relay section to ST-56. Long sensors can be manufactured by using thick wire for the relay section. The tip part can be specified in 50mm increments from 50mm, and the relay part can be specified in 50mm increments from 200mm. *The tip and relay parts can be manufactured to your desired dimensions, but please select dimensions so that the wire resistance of the entire sensor is 100Ω or less. *Other product numbers are available.
