About This Product

■Thin temperature sensor

A thin temperature sensor with a body thickness of 0.34 mm for the glass non-woven fabric specification and 0.13 mm for the polyimide resin specification. It is possible to measure the temperature in narrow and small places.

■Can be used as a normal K thermocouple

・Using the dedicated connector lead (W-ST-50A), it can be connected to an instrument with K thermocouple input specification. ・You can choose from a wide variety of connector lead terminals, including "Y-type terminals" and "TC connectors."

■Excellent temperature response performance

Since the heat capacity of the sensor itself is extremely small, temperature can be measured instantly. Also ideal for collecting temperature profiles.

■A pasting type is available that can be pasted on minute spots to easily measure temperature.

・You can easily measure the temperature by pasting it on minute spots or small objects. ・Glass non-woven fabric type (standard specification) ・Polyimide resin type (specification for clean rooms, etc.)

■An exposed type is available that is ideal for measuring temperature by sandwiching it in.

We also have bare-tip types (ST-50B / ST-51B / ST-51SB) that are ideal for measuring the temperature of bonded surfaces and gaps.

■Long sensors can also be manufactured.

ST-51/ST-51B (polyimide resin type) and ST-50/ST-50B (glass nonwoven fabric type) can also be manufactured as long sensors of 500mm type. *300mm type is also available for ST-50/ST-50B.

■Coated type available for insulation

The covered type (ST-51SC) allows for insulated temperature measurements because the thermocouple wire in the temperature measuring section does not directly touch the object to be measured. *When pasting it on the object to be measured, please fix it with heat-resistant tape, etc.

■Can be used up to Max.300℃

The adhesive is silicone-based and can adhere to most surfaces, except for some difficult-to-adhesive objects. (No siloxane is generated)

■Adhesive durability

・Can be repeatedly used for adhesion and peeling up to 150℃. ・Can be repeatedly used for adhesion and peeling up to 200℃, but not below 150℃. ・Can be used repeatedly for adhesion and peeling up to 250℃ and under conditions that do not drop below 200℃. ・Re-adhesion is not possible at temperatures above 250℃. *The number of times of adhesion varies depending on the usage environment (cleanliness of the adhesion surface, etc.). *Other product numbers are available.
