About This Product

■Bayonet type thermocouple ・T-200/T-210, T-201/T-211 T-201S/T-211S (sheathed thermocouple): Use a mounting bracket (holder) to press the tip to the measurement target with a spring. . Suitable for temperature measurement of hot runners and molds. - High temperature compatible sheath thermocouple T-202SH/T-212SH: Bayonet type thermocouple whose insertion length can be determined arbitrarily. It can be easily installed by moving the included bayonet cap according to the insertion length. ・T-220: A bayonet type thermocouple whose insertion length can be determined arbitrarily. Determine the position of the stopper according to the insertion length and secure the spring with the fixing screw. ・T-221: Bayonet type thermocouple whose insertion length can be determined arbitrarily. It can be easily installed by moving the included bayonet cap according to the insertion length. ■Tip screw type thermocouple T-230: The tip is an M6 (M8 can also be manufactured) loose screw. Cut a female thread into the mounting part and screw it in. ■Screw type thermocouple for surface measurement T-240: Fix the φ4.5 fixing hole in the tip with a screw, etc. Suitable for temperature measurement in narrow spaces. ■Ring type surface measurement thermocouple T-250: Suitable for measuring the temperature on the surface of pipe-shaped piping, nozzles, etc. ■Thermocouple for resin temperature measurement T-260: Can directly measure the temperature of molten resin in extruders, etc. The M16 screw is cut and the tip directly touches the molten resin. ■Thermocouple for resin temperature measurement T-270Z: The heat flow compensation type eliminates errors caused by thermal disturbances and the temperature difference between the main body outer casing temperature and the tip, making it possible to measure the temperature of molten resin more accurately. ■Adhesive type thermocouple for surface measurement ST-50/ST-51: The adhesive surface on the tip allows for easy attachment and surface temperature measurement. A type with exposed tip is also available. ■Thermocouple for micro surface measurement ST-55, ST-56: Fine thermocouple wires that can be used to measure the surface temperature of small, lightweight items with low heat capacity, or in narrow areas (fine areas). ■Thermocouple non-contact thermocouple ST-100, ST-100K/ST-100K1: Can measure the surface temperature of rotating objects such as rollers and sheets without contact. ■Contact type rotating roll surface measurement thermocouple JBS-3898: Measures the surface temperature by contacting rotating objects such as rollers. *Other product numbers are available.
