About This Product
■Main features
・A wide variety of products available, depending on shape, length, etc.
・A sheath type with excellent responsiveness, vibration resistance, and shock resistance is available.
・Nicrobell sheath thermocouple that can measure up to 900℃ with a protective tube diameter of φ1.0.
・Precious metal thermocouple that can measure up to 1,500℃.
- Sanitary temperature sensor that can be used safely in food, beverage, and drug manufacturing processes.
■General type thermocouple
・T-100/T-110: Low-cost temperature sensor. There are two types of protection tube diameter: 5mm and 6mm.
・T-101/T-111, T-102, T-30/35, T-80/T-85, T-90: Relatively low-cost temperature sensors. We have a wide variety available.
■Precious metal thermocouple
T-30/T-35, T-80: Suitable for high temperature measurements. It is expensive because it is made of precious metal wire.
■Sheath thermocouple
T-101S/T-111S, T-30S/T-35S, T-70S/T-75S, T-80S/T-85S, T-90S: Sensors with narrow protection tubes can be manufactured. A temperature sensor with good responsiveness. Excellent vibration and shock resistance.
■Nicrobell sheath thermocouple
T-101N/T-111N, T-30N/T-35N: Excellent stability, heat resistance, and environment resistance, allowing high temperature measurements. Excellent vibration and shock resistance.
■General type resistance temperature detector
R-101/R-111, R-102, R-30/35, R-90: Temperature sensors with good accuracy and stability. Low cost compared to sheath type resistance temperature detectors.
■Sheathed resistance thermometer
R-101/R-111S, R-30S/35S, R-90S: Temperature sensors with good accuracy and stability. Excellent vibration and shock resistance compared to general type resistance temperature detectors.
■Sanitary specification temperature sensor (sheathed resistance thermometer)
R-31S/36S, R-31RS/36RS: Sanitary design that can maintain foreign matter and microbial cleanliness. It can be safely used in food, beverage, and drug manufacturing processes.
■PFA coated temperature sensor (thermocouple/resistance temperature detector)
FT-100, FR-100: PFA (fluororesin) coated sensor with excellent chemical and moisture resistance. Everything from the temperature measurement part to the lead part is coated with PFA.
