About This Product

■FM standard compatible temperature high/low limit controller

The limit controller outputs a signal (relay contact output) if the temperature rises abnormally due to a failure of the temperature control device, etc. Even if the temperature returns to normal, the output is maintained until the operator performs a reset operation (front key, communication, or external contact). Additionally, as a standard function, it stores the peak value (maximum value) of time measurement and temperature in abnormal conditions, and clears the data by resetting or turning off the power. *Upper limit operation and lower limit operation can be changed as necessary (Factory setting: upper limit operation)

■What is FM standard?

The FM (Factory Mutual) standard is a standard that began in the United States to evaluate the safety and quality of fire prevention equipment. This certification evaluates the quality, capacity, durability, etc. of various equipment to prevent asset loss due to fire. This is one of the standards required when used in systems to prevent overheating and fire. CB100L has obtained FM3545: Temperature Limit SW certification, which is suitable for preventing excessive temperature rise in equipment, etc.

■Excellent maintainability with plug-in structure

The plug-in structure allows for easy maintenance, inspection, and instrument replacement. Demonstrates outstanding maintainability. *When side-adhesive instrumentation is used, it is not possible to pull out the internal device using the plug-in.

■Transmission output can be added (optional)

One transmission output point can be added for convenient connection with external equipment.

■Communication function can be added (optional)

Multi-drop connection is possible using RS-485 serial communication. It can be managed by a host computer, etc.

■Standard functions

・Peak hold function: Stores and displays the maximum value when the measured value exceeds the set value. The peak hold value can be reset by front key operation, communication, or external contact input. It is reset by turning off the instrument power. *Before the measured value exceeds the set value, ---- is displayed. - Accumulated time measurement function: Accumulates the time during which the measured value exceeds the set value. The cumulative time can be reset by front key operation, communication, or external contact input. It is reset by turning off the instrument power. *Other product numbers are available.
