■COM-ME-1 Ethernet (MODBUS/TCP) communication converter・A communication converter for connecting our SRZ series, FZ series, and GZ series to Ethernet (MODBUS/TCP).
・Modular controller SRZ (up to 16 units for Z-TIO-A: maximum temperature control 64 channels) can be connected to Ethernet.
・Up to 31 units for digital indication controller FZ/GZ: Up to 32 temperature control channels can be connected to Ethernet.

■COM-ME-2 Ethernet (EtherNet/IP) communication converter・A communication converter for connecting our SRZ series to Ethernet (EtherNet/IP).
・Modular controller SRZ (up to 16 units for Z-TIO-A: maximum temperature control 64 channels) can be connected to Ethernet.

■COM-ME-3 Ethernet (EtherCAT) communication converter・A communication converter for connecting our SRZ series, FZ series, and GZ series to EtherCAT.

- Up to 31 digital indicator controllers FZ/GZ: Up to 32 temperature control channels can be connected to EtherCAT.

・Program-less connection with Mitsubishi Electric PLC is possible using PLC-specific protocol communication.
・Modular controller SRZ (up to 16 units for Z-TIO-A: maximum temperature control 64 channels) can be connected to Ethernet.

■Communication speed9,600bps, 19,200bps, 38,400bps, 57,600bps
*When using host communication at 57,600bps, set the connected function module to 38,400bps and set the protocol to MODBUS.
