About This Product

■High-speed sampling with a sampling period of 0.025 seconds

・Feedback control with a sampling period of 0.025 seconds allows it to handle rapidly changing processes. ・PID constants, various parameter settings, etc. can be set in 1/100 second units.

■One unit can control up to 2 channels and saves wiring.

・2CH can be controlled with one compact module. ・The power supply and communication lines for additional modules are consolidated into a connecting connector, reducing wiring.

■Equipped with program control function

Program control of 16 segments x 16 patterns (pattern link) is possible for each channel. *Fixed value control and program control can be switched

■Flexible digital input/output

-A digital input module and digital output module are available that can input/output up to 28 points with one unit. ・It is possible to output the temperature control module's various operation modes, operation status, various event status, etc. using digital input.

■High-speed response Ultra-high-speed feedback control 40 times per second

Introducing an ultra-high-speed sampling digital controller with a control calculation cycle of 25ms (0.025 seconds). Equipped with high-resolution input and PID constants and various parameter settings that can be set in 1/100 second increments, it accurately and accurately captures rapidly changing process quantities and outputs control calculations. High-speed temperature control for RTP (Rapid Thermal Process) processes in semiconductor manufacturing processes, such as pulse heat temperature control for flip chip bonders, halogen lamp annealing temperature control, etc., which have been difficult to control up until now, and other pressure controls. - Compatible with process control applications such as flow rate. *Other product numbers are available.
