About This Product

A space-saving controller configured by connecting small module type controllers. We have a wide variety of modules available for temperature control, high-precision control, digital/analog input/output, etc., and can support a variety of application formats. Flexible interfaces with external devices have been realized, including the "MAPMAN" communication specification that allows programless connection with PLCs from other companies, field network compatibility with DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, and CC-Link, and MODBUS protocol compatibility. The world of temperature control for PLC instrumentation is now expanding.

■Temperature control possible at up to 320 points

- Up to 10 modules can be connected per power supply/CPU module. Multi-point temperature control of up to 20 points is possible by controlling the temperature of 2 points per module. - Up to 16 units can be connected using multi-drop connections, allowing temperature control at up to 320 points.

■A wealth of functional modules available

- Many modules are available for temperature control/process control, digital input/output, analog input/output, etc. ・We also have a high-precision type with a sampling period of 0.1 seconds and an accuracy of 0.1%, and a temperature control module that can display 0.01℃.

■Programless connection with PLC

MAPMAN (command protocol communication for each company's PLC): SR Mini HG acts as a master unit in a specific register area of ​​the PLC, and temperature data can be read and written by simply operating flags from the PLC. Can be connected to Mitsubishi Electric's MELSEC series, Omron's SYSMAC series, Sharp's JW series, and LG's PLC MASTER-K/GROFA-GM series, making it easy to build a temperature management system using PLC instrumentation at low cost. . *To use MAPMAN communication, select the H-PCP-J module as the power supply/CPU module. *Other product numbers are available.
