About This Product

■Four temperature controllers condensed into one small module- 4CH can be controlled with one compact module. (2CH for heating/cooling control type)
- Up to 16 temperature control modules (Z-TIO) can be connected (maximum 64CH).

■Various dedicated modules available・Temperature control module (Z-TIO): Temperature/process control module
・Digital input/output module (Z-DIO): Module for mode switching, event output, etc.
・Communication expansion module (Z-COM): Communication conversion/data management module when connecting modules
・CT input module (Z-CT): CT input for heater burnout alarm ・Multi-point CT monitor/overcurrent alarm module

■Connectable to various fieldbuses (communication converter)- Can be connected to Ethernet networks (MODBUS/TCP, EtherCAT, PROFINET).
・Communication converters that can be connected to CC-Link, DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, and MECHATROLINK are also available.

■Programless connection to PLCProgramless connection to Mitsubishi Electric's MELSEC series PLC is possible.

■Equipped with loader communication- All modules are equipped with front loader communication ports to improve maintainability on site.
・Protem2, a controller/indicator setting data management support tool, is available.

■Display device (touch panel) +Systemization using PLC is also possible.・Multi-point temperature control monitoring and operation can be integrated into a display to create an easy-to-manage system.
・We can also support system construction of the entire device including PLC.
