About This Product

■Equipped with control status discrimination type self-tuning function

- Automatically tunes PID constants when it is determined that control is disrupted. -Auto tuning function is also available.

■ Close-contact instrumentation possible

We have realized close-contact instrumentation that can effectively utilize the area of ​​the control panel and operation panel.

■Communication function (RS-485) can be installed (optional)

- Communication function (RS-485) allows multi-drop connection of up to 31 units. - RKC standard and MODBUS protocol can be selected.

■Dust-proof and drip-proof structure (optional)

The dust-proof and drip-proof structure (optional) is compatible with harsh usage environments and is equivalent to IP66 (65), allowing it to be used not only in dust but also in water. *Front direction when installing the panel. CB100: IP66 equivalent, other models: IP65 equivalent

■RUN/STOP function

Control can be started/stopped (RUN/STOP) by pressing the R/S key on the front panel for about 1 second.

■Heating/cooling PID control

By performing heating/cooling PID control, it is possible to handle control objects that generate self-heating, contributing to energy savings. In addition, overlap/dead bands can be set depending on the strength of the cooling gain and the size of the time constant.

■Temperature alarm

Depending on your application, you can select up to two points from among the following: upper limit deviation alarm, lower limit deviation alarm, upper limit deviation alarm, within-range deviation alarm, upper limit input value alarm, lower limit input value alarm, upper limit set value alarm, and lower limit set value alarm. Additionally, an alarm standby action can be added to the deviation alarm and input value alarm to cancel the alarm state when the power is turned on. Please specify the power supply voltage to be used separately. AC100~240V or AC24V or DC24V *Other product numbers are available.
