About This Product

■DIN rail mounted temperature controller - Can be installed compactly on the DIN rail inside the control panel. ・Maintenance is easy because the terminal block socket is removable. ■Equipped with control status discrimination type self-tuning function - Automatically tunes PID constants when it is determined that control is disrupted. - Equipped with auto tuning function. ■Two outputs can be assigned to control output, alarm output, and analog transmission output. Depending on the output assignment, it can be used as a temperature controller, alarm, overheat prevention device, etc. ■Abundant alarm functions (optional) -Up to 2 alarms can be added depending on the application. ・Temperature alarm (upper limit deviation, lower limit deviation, upper and lower limit deviation, within range, upper limit input value, lower limit input value) *Standby action can be added. ・Set value alarm (upper limit set value/lower limit set value) ・Control loop disconnection alarm ■Single unit supports heating and cooling control (optional) Heating/cooling PID control supports control targets that generate self-heating, contributing to energy savings. ■Communication function allows connection and batch management of up to 31 devices (optional) Communication function (RS-485 compliant) allows multi-drop connection of up to 31 units. In addition to the conventional ANSI protocol, MODBUS protocol can also be selected. *Other product numbers are available.
