About This Product

Our main product, precision spin coaters, are widely used around the world, and we have a track record of delivering more than 6,000 units to universities and other research institutes in various fields. ACE-200 / TOP-8 is equipped as standard with a "Graphic Function" (patented) that displays the progress status of each step as a real-time graph, making it possible to form coating films at high speed and with high precision. This is an inexpensive and easy-to-use spin coater.

■Device overview

・Low price, low noise, low vibration ・"Graphic function" (patent) that displays step-by-step progress in real-time graphics ・You can freely accelerate/decelerate the speed from 0 or 50 to 8,000 R.P.M (accelerate/decelerate at 3,000/Sec) ・Up to 100 steps can be set per program and 100 programs can be stored in memory. ・Anyone can use it easily with the digital controller on the front of the device. - Can be used safely with alarm function in case of vacuum abnormality or motor overload. ・You can always check the rotation accuracy by comparing the RPM setting value and the RPM during operation. ・A powerful motor developed specifically for the spin coater and a unique program can extend acceleration time up to 30 seconds, making it possible to apply a variety of materials. ・Because the internal structure is unitized, there are almost no failures, and even if a failure occurs, it is easy to repair.
