■Quality control
In order to guarantee quality, MESOSCOPE performs SEM inspection on all products and stores the inspection data for each piece. The product is strictly vacuum packed (filled with nitrogen gas) and can be used as is after opening. Since cleaning with FIB etc. is not performed, there is no damage to the inside of the probe and a long service life is achieved.
