About This Product

Sigma is a multifunctional bond tester developed by xyztec, a Dutch company specializing in bond testers. Our in-house developed software is standard equipped with various data analysis functions important for quality control, and measurement data can be easily exported.

The hardware is also designed for ease of use, minimizing installation space. The rotary head, which is its biggest feature, can mount up to 6 types of sensors, avoiding any risks such as falling or damage when replacing sensors.

In addition to the standard model, we also offer a low-cost model, Sigma Light, with some functions optional, allowing us to make proposals that suit your needs and budget.

■Main features・Rotary head that can mount up to 6 types of sensors (load cells)
・The industry's highest standard ultra-high precision sensor (measurement error: ±0.075%).
- Equipped with a temperature sensor in the sensor module, eliminating the warm-up time (approximately 30 minutes) required by other companies' products.
・XY stage with a wide range of motion (370mm in X direction x 168mm in Y direction). The maximum movement speed is 50mm/sec.
・The standard GR&R function (Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility) and temperature compensation/creep correction function realize highly accurate and reproducible measurements.
・Equipped with one high-precision camera as standard. Still images of the measured workpiece can be recorded, and an automatic pattern recognition measurement function (optional) can be added.
- The standard joystick is ergonomically designed and can be operated stress-free without taking your hands off during continuous measurement.
