DLyte Desktop PRO® is an ultra-compact electropolishing device with a body size of 450mm x 520mm. By combining high frequency/low frequency with arbitrary parameters, you can easily process all metals such as molds, precision parts, cutting tools, etc. from grinding to mirror finishing.
Compatible materials are cobalt chrome, titanium, stainless steel, copper, nickel, aluminum, and steel. Maximum work size is Ø60×80mm.

■Mechanism
Dlyte DesktopPRO uses the media in the tank to transport current from the cathode to the anode, inducing localized electrical erosion at the area where the media and workpiece come into contact, removing peak surface roughness. Optional parameters can minimize surface oxidation and provide a glossy finish.
