About This Product

■Product overview

Like the V2-10, the V2-50 can process materials up to G5 titanium, and can also optimally process resins such as Delrin and light metals such as aluminum. The V2-50 has a 50,000 RPM spindle and requires an air supply. The travel distance is the same as V2-10: 115.5mm in the X direction, 128.3mm in the Y direction, and 90.1mm in the Z direction. Compatible with standard G code.

・V2-50 main body ・CHB or CHK 1/8 inch collet ・Datron single flute end mill, 3.175mm diameter, 1/8" shank ・Pocket NC vise, mounting hardware, vise adapter for B table ・2 inch square wax cube ・USB cable ・Power cord ・Air regulator, mounting parts, drain hose ・POCKET NC 1 year product warranty (3 months for spindle part) ・A separate air compressor is required for the V2-50CHB/CHK spindle. ・It is recommended to install a precision air filter. ・Air amount: 0.17MPa 3.7L/min

■Processing suitable for V2-50CHB/CHK

- Fast, small and deep (~0.5mm~3mm depth) machining...Roughing is done at 25,000~30,000RPM or 50,000RPM using very small tools. ・If you want to process quickly...The V2-50 has a fast material removal rate and can take fast finishing passes. Bulk material removal rates when roughing aluminum, brass and Delrin are approximately four times faster compared to the V2-10, depending on tool selection. ・Deeper depth of cut and faster feed rates are possible...The V2-50 has improved spindle and tool rigidity and reduces chip load at high speeds, allowing deeper depth of cut and faster feed rates. Masu. ・Fineer finished surface...The V2-50 has improved rigidity and reduced tool runout, resulting in a finer finished surface. ・Use very small diameter tools...The V2-50 allows the use of small diameter tools down to 0.005" (0.125mm). The smallest diameter tool available for the V2-10 is 0.025" (0.625mm) .
