■Product overview
POCKET NC is an innovative "tabletop" 5-axis machining machine. Easy to set up, you can easily perform 5-axis machining from your office, classroom, laboratory, or home desktop.
It can be used with a 100V power supply and can be used in various situations, including industrial, educational, and personal. In addition to light metals such as resin and aluminum, we can also process titanium. In addition to on-site prototyping and parts processing, it can also be used as a teaching material for 5-axis machining.

■Pocket NC: V2-10
The V2-10 can process materials up to titanium with a hardness of G5, as well as resins such as Delrin, and light metals such as aluminum. The amount of movement is 115.5mm in the X direction, 128.3mm in the Y direction, and 90.1mm in the Z direction. Compatible with standard G code.

■Processing suitable for V2-10
- Machining parts close to the maximum machining area...The V2-10 has a smaller spindle diameter than the V2-50, so it requires less clearance on the table.
・If cost is important...The V2-10 uses the ER11 collet, which is easier to obtain and cheaper than the CHB collet used in the V2-50 spindle.
- Simple tool replacement...With the V2-10, you can easily replace the installed and measured tool, eliminating the need to measure the tool length each time you replace the tool.
