■Product overview

Tube horns perform precise finishing on the inner diameter by rotating a horn head equipped with a grindstone. It is easy to operate, and all operations are electrically controlled, making it highly reliable and inexpensive to install. In order to maintain high finishing accuracy, it is equipped with a variety of control functions such as a unique grinding wheel expansion method, easy programming using a touch screen, stroke position and movement control, grinding wheel expansion, machining, and automatic shape correction. It provides high performance for any internal finishing process, from aircraft parts to cylinder liners and large diameter hydraulic sleeves.
