Tube horns perform precise finishing on the inner diameter by rotating a horn head equipped with a grindstone. It is easy to operate, and all operations are electrically controlled, making it highly reliable and inexpensive to install.
In order to maintain high finishing accuracy, it is equipped with a variety of control functions such as a unique grinding wheel expansion method, easy programming using a touch screen, stroke position and movement control, grinding wheel expansion, machining, and automatic shape correction. It provides high performance for any internal finishing process, from aircraft parts to cylinder liners and large diameter hydraulic sleeves.

The ``HT Series'' features higher power than previous models, PLC control, and easy setup using a touch panel. A long horizontal stroke honing machine that allows for complete control and monitoring of conditions.
The spindle motor and 4-stage irregular gearbox deliver up to 800cm3/h of power over the entire machining diameter range. The built-in load meter identifies high and low spots on the steel pipe work, making it possible to freely correct the stroke. The modular tooling system performs machining while constantly compensating for machining allowance and grinding wheel wear, ensuring that machining is always performed in optimal conditions.
