About This Product

■Product overview

A honing machine is a bore sizing and finishing system that can finish geometric tolerances and surface roughness of various metal products. It can be applied to a wide range of applications, such as finishing cylinders on engine blocks, adding cross hatches to rebuilt engines, and finishing the inner diameter of rifle barrels with a smooth surface. This is a high-precision honing system that is ideal for machining precision parts that require submicron tolerances. "SV2500" is a CNC vertical honing machine that supports multiple spindles. High torque output and high precision belt drive spindle motor provides better machining quality. Permanently lubricated longitudinal slides and linear guides for the lateral slides ensure stable performance.

・High machining accuracy due to rotary expansion mechanism and wide range of tooling options ・Automatic dwell function automatically corrects hole straightness ・Quick and easy setup ・Easy to automate with automatic measurement horn head, automatic horn head shift, articulated robot, etc. ・Servo control ensures a constant crosshatch between the spindle and stroker throughout the entire hole.
