■Product overview

Digital measurement system for machine tool spindle retraction forces, extensions, reducers and zero point clamping systems. If a machine is used with an inappropriate spindle retraction force, the tool will easily fall out of the tool holder or wear out, leading to damage, decreased cutting ability, and even poor machining accuracy. The solution to this problem is ``Safe Control 4.0'' from Germany's Kerch, which quickly measures the pulling force of machine tool spindles.

■Specifications

- Only one base unit is required for all tapered interfaces and machines with clamping forces from 0 to 100 kN. - Adapters are inexpensive to procure and manage. ・Only the base unit requires periodic recalibration, but individual adapters are not required. ・The base unit and adapter are mutually compatible and can be replaced. ・The tablet or PC app is free.
