About This Product

■Product overviewA flexible coolant nozzle that can be used for low, medium, and high pressure on various CNC lathes, machining centers, polishing machines, and transfer machines. Since it is made of steel, there is no slippage due to high pressure coolant pressure, vibration, or collision with chips.

You can continue to supply coolant at a pinpoint point while maintaining the position. The steel is ZnNi treated (0.9-13μm thick) to ensure durability.

■Product features・Maintains position without shifting even if there is vibration or pressure during coolant supply or contact with chips
・High corrosion resistance as it is made of steel
・Can be processed using water-soluble, oil, or air
・Can handle pressures up to 15.0MPa
・Can be installed by hand tightening for pressures up to 2MPa (use a special wrench for pressures over 2MPa)
・Four types are available depending on the required flow rate (nozzle inner diameter: φ3, φ6, φ10.5, φ16)
・Also, since coolant can be supplied at a pinpoint point without shifting, it can be expected to improve finishing accuracy and extend tool life.

・Select the nozzle shape and diameter according to the intended use
