About This Product

■Product overview

The Wagard Coolant Saver collects coolant that has accumulated at the bottom of the chip tank and returns it to the main tank. Normally, chips and coolant adhering to the chip conveyor accumulate at the bottom of the chip tank. Coolant Saver was designed to reuse this accumulated coolant.

■Product features

・Coolant accumulated at the bottom of the chip container can be collected and reused. ・Energy saving as the coolant pump of the installed machine is the power source ・Coolant oil, water, electricity, and disposal costs can be reduced. ・Easy installation, maintenance free

■Mechanism

By sending a constant flow of coolant from the coolant pump to the Venturi unit, a vacuum is created in the Venturi unit, which can be sucked out by the vacuum cup. The vacuum cup is connected to the venturi unit with a 6mm PU hose. First, the vacuum cup collects coolant and cutting oil from the bottom of the chip tank and directs it to the venturi unit. At this time, the Venturi unit is equipped with a ball valve that can be shut off if necessary. A 12mm PU hose attached to the bottom of the venturi unit directs the collected coolant back to the machine tool's main tank. Vacuum cup: Comes with a filter mesh to prevent chips and small debris from entering the device. The vacuum cup and filter are made of high quality stainless steel.
