■Product overview

A laser cleaning device that is of much higher quality and faster than traditional methods. Optimal cleaning processing is performed using a laser without any contact with the target object.

■Mechanism

When a short-pulse laser beam is applied to the surface of an object, the dirt film and the underlying oxide layer absorb the energy and evaporate or shrink away from the surface, leaving no residue behind. Surfaces (mostly metals) absorb very little energy and are therefore not damaged.

・Rust removal/Surface cleaning ・Printing & packaging ・On/off press cleaning of high-tech printing rollers (Using laser technology dramatically improves throughput and quality, minimizing process interruptions.) ・Pretreatment (Thorough surface cleaning before coating, adhesion/welding, welding pretreatment, brazing, etc.) - Coating removal, grease removal, oxide film removal, selective paint removal, structuring. ・Mold cleaning (Aluminum and steel molds often require very detailed cleaning. Non-contact cleaning reduces shape distortion and surface roughness, extending the life of the mold.) ・Cleaning of bakery trays (Continuous in-line cleaning can stabilize productivity.
