About This Product

■Product overview

Rotating unions must accommodate a wide range of fluids, viscosities, temperatures, pressures and speeds. That's why DEUBLIN offers over 500 standard unions and over 3,000 models. We also manufacture custom unions to meet even more diverse requirements.

■ Operating principle of rotating union

The figure on the right shows a typical structure, including a rotor that rotates at the same speed as the spindle, a non-rotating part that is in precise contact with the rotor, and a housing that is connected to a coolant hose. The seal part is the heart of the rotating union and can withstand high pressure and high speed rotation.

■Excellent sealing performance

DEUBLIN's rotating unions are specially polished to within 0.58 micron of the optical interference pattern on the sealing surface to ensure perfect sealing, smooth rotation, and long life. In addition, all coolant unions use a special material, silicon carbide, for the seal, which has superior wear and heat resistance compared to other companies.
