About This Product

■Product overview

A liquid cutter is a mixer that atomizes coolant liquid. By mixing and shearing the liquid passed through special ceramic balls, the liquid is divided into small pieces. When liquid particles are fragmented, their osmotic pressure becomes weaker and their surface tension decreases, resulting in improved permeability and hydrophilicity. It can also be used with cleaning solutions and water (tap water, industrial water).

■No power required

Liquids can be subdivided by simply passing them through under pressure. Can be used by bypassing the mechanical supply pump.

■Easy maintenance

It has a cartridge structure and is secured with clamps at both ends, making it easy to disassemble and clean.

■Product features

-Surface tension is extremely low, making it easier for sludge to sink and oil to rise to the surface. ・Improved cutting fluid permeability and stable machining accuracy - Cutting fluid falls off easily from the workpiece and chips, reducing the amount of fluid taken out. ・Sludge, oil, etc. are easier to separate, making it difficult for the cutting fluid to rot → reducing bad odors ・Scale and rust can be removed ・Oil becomes easier to separate, improving cleaning ability
