■Product overview

This is a high-pressure coolant pump from Knorr, the world's largest manufacturer of coolant pumps and other coolant systems. This pump is used as a standard pump in machining centers and high pressure specifications by major machine tool manufacturers. Since the pump is a screw type, it has low noise and vibration, and conveys the medium at a fixed amount and constant pressure without pulsation.

The high-pressure screw pump KTS supplies coolants (oil-based, water-soluble and emulsion) for high-pressure systems in machine tools. ・Demonstrates capacity of up to 15MPa ・Pulsation-free metering/constant pressure screw pump ・Compatible with water-soluble and oil-based coolants ・Low noise and vibration due to screw type ・Suitable for use with inverter motors and exhibits energy-saving effects ・We have many achievements in highly durable specifications.
