■Product overview
MyCut CN6003F is a cutter with a handle that makes effective use of corners of the insert that are normally not used for milling. Diamond-shaped inserts (CNMG 1204XX) commonly used in external turning operations typically only use four corners, one on the front and one on the back with an 80-degree tip.
The 100 degree corners are discarded unused. If you can effectively utilize this, you can perform milling with virtually no chip cost.

■Precautions for use
・All diamond-shaped tips starting from CNMG1204 can be used.
・Please use the same breaker with the same material for all three inserts.
・In addition to planing, it is possible to process up to 5C on the C surface.
・Corners can be used without waste for rough milling.
- Ideal for mass-production light cutting of cast iron and steel, and rough grinding of highly hard materials.
