■Features

・Easily chamfer the front and back sides in one pass ・Ideal for mass production processing using multi-axis dedicated machines ・As it is an integrated type, no troublesome adjustment is required. ・The tool can be re-sharpened 4 to 5 times and can be used at low cost. ・Since it is an integrated type, there is no need for troublesome adjustments, and there is no need to worry about chips getting caught, which was a drawback of conventional deburring tools. ・The bar-off tool can be resharpened about 4 to 5 times, and the lifespan of the cutting edge is 5,000 to 15,000 holes, depending on the work material. *Other model numbers are available.
